We have tried to define the products listed on our website as clearly as possible and hence, goods once sold cannot be returned.
In case of warranty issues, please fill the warranty form below and we shall assist you in the same.
All the brands we sell on this platform are from reputed brands that follow stringent quality checks before a product leaves their respective factories. However, in the rare instance of any manufacturing defects, we will try our level best to make the warranty claim process as smooth and fast as possible. The warranty details for each product is mentioned on the respective product pages. In case of any warranty issues, please send us an email with the following details and we shall get back to you within 48 working hours.

We use Shiprocket as our shipping partner in most cases. For pin codes which cannot be serviced by Shiprocket, we shall use alternate courier companies or India Post. Your order will be shipped out within 48 working hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an sms of the order being booked within 24 hours of pick up generation (within max 72 hours of payment confirmation).
However, considering the current COVID-19 restrictions, final delivery of the product is beyond the control of Freewheeling Sports & Fitness and we would urge your cooperation on the same. In case of any problems with regards to shipping, please feel free to email us.
Exchange / Return / Refund Policy
As mentioned in the terms and conditions, goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned, unless in the case of a warranty problem.
In the unfortunate rare case of product defect, kindly contact us with the required warranty information as mentioned in the warranty policy above. Once the manufacturer approves your claim, we will arrange a reverse pick up from your address and either repair or replace the product, as the case may be.
If for any reason it is not possible to repair or replace the product from the manufacturer, we shall arrange for a credit note (in the form of a coupon code) to you within 7 (seven) working days of the warranty claim closure. The coupon code will have a validity of 1 year from date of issue.
In the unfortunate event that we are unable to service the pin code of delivery for reasons beyond our control, we shall return your money within 7 (seven) working days of attempted delivery (within max 10 working days from payment confirmation). In this case, our team will contact you for your account details and preferred mode of payment.
